This past month, Next of Can had the substantial opportunity to partner with the Boys & Girls Club of St. Paul. The donation included 1,300+ pieces of soccer equipment, socks, shorts, jerseys, practice pinnies, balls, and travel bags. The equipment will go on to help support the dreams of hundreds of young boys and girls in our metro-St. Paul/Minneapolis community. This equipment distribution is the beginning of an enduring relationship between the Boys & Girls Club and Next of Can.
The Boys & Club Twin Cities have developed a formula for specific strategies to increase quality programming for three priority outcomes: Academic Success, Good Character & Leadership, and Healthy Lifestyles. The mission of the Boys & Girls Club aligns perfectly with us here at Next of Can, equity and inclusion for all, plus building and guiding the next generation of community leaders and advocates for change. This donation is the accumulation of a brighter and better future for the youth of the Twin Cities.
